Dr Protzko did surgery for my drooping eyelid twice and it looked great in the beginning, but after a few years was drooping badly again. A few years after the 2nd surgery, I made an appointment to see him, but after waiting 2 months, instead I got an extensive vision exam, I wasn’t there for a vision exam, and saw Dr Reed, an optometrist, not a surgeon.
