Was a good experience with Shawn getting the problem diagnosed and researching the parts needed
Called to inquire about replacement parts, the owner was very short and rude over the phone. He said he didn’t deal in the parts I was looking for which is fine, but when I asked if he knew anybody else that may be able to help me, he all but hung up the phone on me. If there was a rating lower than one star, that’s what I would rate this company. 0 out of 10, DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Sloppy work overcharged by at least 12 hour compared to what the dealer or manufacturer would charge put duct tape all over the side of my 100k trailer leaving residue charged for time for research because they were unsure how to install would not use them again
