The customer service sucks and the owner acts like he don't never know nothing and you will never get your product back when you are supposed to. I will never go back to Snapman at SMD again.
We ordered my boyfriends shirt weeks ago and they promised it'd be ready before the 8th. It's currently the 8th at 11 at night and I'm in the store waiting on the shirt.I was told it'd be done at 4:30 today and it obviously wasn't. I finally got the shirt and parts of it were already beginning to peel off. The staff was nice but not on time at all. We won't be returning.
Not ideal for large orders. This was a lesson learned. Never pay before you get your shirts .
