Great people up at SMC. Always super friendly staff that gets me in and out in no time.
Bought a brand new LQ 4H w/ rear tack for well over 100K. We have had nothing but problems with it. water pump no good. toilet wont flush. the hydraulic jack fails and leaves the trailer front end dropped. trim pieces falling off. bluetooth doesnt respond property and radio doesnt shut off. temp controls get stuck on thermostat! Save your money and buy a bison, itll be just as crappy without the extra 30k price tag!!! And good luck trying to find a place that warranties the work if you dont live right by the place you bought... read more
Had an issue that I brought on my self but was unaware of. After contacting the service department we were able to address the circumstance and get it resolved. I am very happy with my living quarters trailer and the follow through with SMC.
