The whole experience is an exercise in relaxation. Starting from the 5 star lobby visual to the extremely attentive and caring staff. Shout out to PA Rachel M. who even when she sent me out to another site for extra services She called ahead made sure I didn't wait and followed with them for the results . Thank You
The office is clean, organized, and well managed. All staff including receptionists, medical assistants, and Dr. Orfali were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Took my mom in after a slip and fall on a Sunday. We were in and out in 20 min: examined, Xray'd, diagnosed, treated, referred to an ortho specialist. Being in outpatient medical private practice business myself, I can appreciate outstanding medical care when I see it. Great job SMC, keep it up! The community needs it!
