I have had nothing but frustrating experiences. I make an appointment it's not with the doctor I chose. They set me up with a nutritionist and I cancel within 48 hours they sent a bill. I've called 10 times no answer. I text the number they instructed no response. I get the office and I get put on hold for 15 minutes As a patient, im done with this group.
My Grandpa needed help with his Dexcom and MA Frank was so helpful and a blessing ! he's so kind and such a welcoming cheerful soul! THANK YOU FRANK
Always have a very smooth visit experience. I bring my father in for his appointments and the team has always been patient and thorough. Shout out to frank who is pleasant and always makes scheduling very easy.
All the way from booking my appointment to rescheduling my appointment to start MA Frank made the process so easy and comfortable and the Doctors are absolutely professional and top of the line in their respective fields. From start to finish can't say enough how this was the best doctors office experience I have ever had
