I am extremely disgusted with the SMC Physicians Rheumology office on Jimmy Leeds Road in Galloway , NJ. I’ve been waiting for a Prior Authorization for my RA medication since November. I know it only take 15 minutes on the phone with the insurance company because I’ve done them for 15 years. I left over 15 messages and 4 text messages (one message requesting an appointment because I was is so much pain I couldn’t walk) with no response from the office. Isited today thejimmie Leeds location with a authorization question about my medication and receptionist Naysha greeted me with a smile and comforting manner and asked reason for the visit she understood and spoke with the doctor clarifying our question and gracefully got answers a wonderful person and a great asset to your organization
The young lady at the front desk at my appointment on Thursday, March 28, 2024 was extremely nice and very efficient. Dr. Tempongko was right on time and very knowledgeable. I hope he can help me. Overall, I am still in a lot of pain but hopefully i will eventually get some relief. Overall the people working there are very nice.
