I’ve worked with Jake on a number of landscape projects for HOAs that I manage. They are very passionate about landscape, know more than I could ever care to about plants, and strive to do the best by every community they work with. Their water and turf management are top tier arguably the best in the industry.

I can count on them to listen to our clients, deliver excellent service, and stay in constant communication. Jake and Will are experts in their field. If you're an HOA and looking to switch, you will be very impressed with their customer service and the depth of their knowledge. I highly recommend them.
Our HOA just hired SMC Landcare a year ago and now I love them. They are forward-thinking and look ahead at ways to incorporate designs that will look good and save water. They choose native and adapted plants to reduce water usage and create a look that is unique for the neighborhood. They actually check the irrigation of a bed before installing plants there. True pros, these guys are great!
Never worked professionally with this company, but they clearly don't train their workers to drive well. I just narrowly avoided one of their trucks running into me on Main Street in Frisco and then I proceeded to witness him nearly run a Tesla off the road. License Plate # MCK-2587. Usually better in life to avoid working with people who initiate road rage
