Highly recommended. Needed a12000 mile service to my Bmw F800. Andy Rounds is one of the most thorough and detailed techs I've ever met . He leaves nothing unchecked and makes sure everything is correct . Its nice to be able to actually talk to the person that DOES the work . I would trust SMC explicitly and that means a lot for me to say that as I seldom trust anybody including myself. Andy's skill set is a lost art these days , very much respect for his knowledge and work ethic.

Very difficult to communicate with. Late with resolution. Charged me $2000 for non essential issues (was not able to fix oil leak as requested).
A Florence treat when I am in town. Love the hash and rice!
