We had our kitchen re-designed, staying within the existing footprint of the house. The kitchen was stripped to the studs and the chimney removed in our 1914 house. The sub-contractors we had were absolutely superb- from the demo crew to the cabinet installation and everyone in between-the painter, floor installer, tiler, and of course the "hidden" subs-plumbing, electrical, and insulation. SMC has remodeled 3 of our bathrooms and, most recnetly, our basement. It feels like a whole new home!
I had our old, original hand railings in the front of the house replaced. The new railings are beautiful and sturdy.
