First class customer service and workmanship
Had my year old car bumped in the car park. Rear bumper and rear panel was grazed. Note! Car was never fixed before. SMC had the car for number of days and upon collection it looked fine, but it was wet that day. Coming dry weather to my horror the repair looked like it was performed as part of art project by children in primary school. Went back to Steven, the head honcho, only for him to open up a well used book of excuse and work his way through them.
