We have three kids here and have always had great care and an amazing experience with all of the staff!
The arcade room, while we wait at the Olney location, is always a big hit - though the wait is never long enough :-). Staff are friendly, helpful, and a good mix of confident/competent/efficient. Always a good experience.
Big fans of SMB. The staff is always smiling, always friendly and welcoming. We’re always seen in a very timely manner, and they’re super gentle with my 7 year old. He’s an interesting case and their referral to other professionals during treatment (oral surgeons) have been spot on and done without adding any stress to my son or myself. They explain the process, and what will happen at the next appointment. If you’re needing orthodontic work, you need to give them a call!
