I would give them zero stars if that were an option. I waited weeks for my appointment, and when I arrived at the doctor’s office, they told me they needed to reschedule because the doctor didn’t have time to see me. This was a complete waste of my time and very disappointing. I expected better communication and respect for patients’ schedules.
I booked an appointment through Zocdoc. The address listed on my appointment confirmation was 7409 37th Ave, Suite 305, Jackson Heights, NY 11372. When I arrived, the staff at that location informed me that Dr. Bayner had relocated and had not practiced there for approximately four years. It is very important to have an excellent doctor who will take care of your health, like doctor Stephanie M.Bayner. She is very kind and professional and I would highly recommend to everyone.
DR BAYER and her practice is joke. SHE HAS NO UNDERSTANDING OF POEPLES TIMES AND LEAVES YOU WAITING FOREVER. Her staff if also not very helpful..STAY AWAY!!!
Very capable, not ver considerate with her patients.
