These blokes punctuality and customer services are horrifically poor. Never expected that the 3rd party booking website subcontracted these blokes. No one seems to care, trucky constantly called truck breakdown and vehicles overload that caused delays. Dropped my car in on 10/10 but my car came 4/11. On the website they state 5-9 business days. Very misleading information provided for the quote. Loading and unloading was fine, no damages detected. The delay was just diabolical for people heavily depends on car for work!
Totally unprofessional staff , they took 1 month to transfer my car from Melbourne to Brisbane they didn’t gave any discount or refund or even compensation or provide an alternative vehicle until they delivered my car. It was such a waste of time and money it would have been better if I drove it from Melbourne to Brisbane
punctuality is really bad，estimated time from Melbourne to Brisbane is 14/10 and car hasnt moved since 3/10 and no updates or whatsoever

Today was my 1st time in being a paying customer in using SMB Australia Car Transport, but it was not my first dealing with this awesome car carrier. Last year, I had sold a vehicle to a Victorian based buyer who also engaged these guys to ship the vehicle where I dropped the vehicle off at their Brisbane depot and it arrived in great shape and a few years prior to that, a Sydney based multi-brand dealership had also engaged SMB to transport my partner's purchased car up to Brisbane via these guys as well....
