Hardworking crew. Great food
Despite a longer-than-expected 45-minute wait to place our order due to staffing shortages, the Smashburger in the Harrah's Casino at Laughlin, NV, proved to be a convenient stop with truly delicious food. Once our order was in, the burgers, fries, and shakes arrived quickly and were absolutely fantastic. The customer service, even amidst the challenges, remained wonderful and attentive. It's clear they prioritize quality, and it shines through in their fantastic offerings.
Horrible service, wait time is extremely long (over an hour). Menu is also not updated.
Service was horrible. I placed a to go order and when I arrived to my room to eat, my order was wrong. While we were waiting for our order to be ready though, 2 people returned their orders as they were wrong. I know the whole concept of Smashburger but my meat was completely burnt. I would not recommend this location.
