First off, my last time here was about 3 years ago before today. I’ve only been here twice, but each time something was off and bothered me. The first time the food just wasn’t that great. Decided to go back today to try again. I got a single classic burger and a small fry and a large drink, $18. This maybe was a $10 MAX meal. Jose & his crew absolutely knocked it out of the park!!! My friend had never been & when I brought him in Jose took our order.Thankfully food didn’t take long at all. Both meals came out perfectly. My friend said it was the best burger he’s ever had. We’ll definitely be returning.
The smash burger was just okay in my opinion. It felt a bit too messy and sloppy for my taste, but if you enjoy that style of burger, it might be a better fit for you.
First time eating at Smashburger in Largo tonight. Food was decent…burgers were over seasoned as far as they had too much salt. Fries were hot which was good. My reason for the 3 star rating was that the tables were not cleaned. Our table and other tables nearby had both food & drink residue which was not acceptable for an eating establishment.
