The food was good, but the service was EXCELLENT. Both Lori and Christian were just great. They went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of--they split our meal for us (we were sharing to save room for a delicious shake!), checked on us multiple times, and just in general went above and beyond. You can tell that both Lori and Christian really care about making sure their customers are happy and they take great pride in doing great work.
the cashier with the bun was immediately rude as soon as we walked in. she didn’t smile not once and never said you’re welcome or had any basic manners. she blatantly ignored a customer in her face. just rude and unprofessional.
Smelled bad, rude customer service, didn’t have any of the new menus, lady taking order had an attitude.
I think she was GM? But Lori was great, best customer service. She accommodated my strict diet guidlines. Not to many places will do that. Way better than 5 guys. Great burger with even a better attitude. 5 stars
