First time here. Jack was so helpful and knowledgeable. Wish we still had Smashburger in Fort Worth.
Was so amazing! Good was excellent and service was fast.
Jack's not "in the box." Jack's at Smashburger in Castle Rock, and Jack rocks! Apparently Smashburger no longer serves sweet potato Smash fries. You know, the ones tossed in garlic, rosemary, and olive oil. HOWEVER, when I asked Jack the magnificent manager about it, he said, "the answer is yes, now what's your question?" Then he promptly prepared my sweet potato fries, Smash style! Thank you, Jack! You're one of a kind in today's fast food business, and because of you, I'll be back!
Great and delicious Colorado Burguer. Jack was very hospitable and knowledgeable about the menu!
