I arrive and I get to the counter and the guy there just stares at me like he can't fathom why I'm there then asks if I'm picking up Doordash. I say no and without saying a word they turn around and ignore me. A little while later a woman with unbrushed and oily hair only slightly less annoyed to be serving a paying customer took my order. i would like to say the burgers at the burnsville location where the best burger ive had in a very long time, the service was great and i happened to leave my phone there . the manager Kendra was so helpful in making sure i got my phone back ! awesome place

I got a double bacon burger split with my daughter it was so greasy couldn't even taste rhe burger there fries are soooo good but id pass on the double bacon burger.

I have been to this Burnsville location for many years. The service level has gone down over the past year. Staff turnover is high and the lack of customer service is obvious. Case in point: I asked the cashier if my coupon was accepted. He said yes. I walked to my table and noticed that it was not. I told the young kid that the coupon was not reflected in my final bill. He then said that the store no longer accepts the coupon. I asked him why would he say that it was accepted then. He said he did not. He was plain lying in ... read more
