First and last time here. First, the staff was not very helpful. Never greeted on entry, when I asked what smash fries were, she had no idea and had to ask. She never thanked us for our order. My son and I got the same thing, double all American, smash fries, and a med drink. All came to just under $39. The order came out as fast as we sat down, the fries were cold. Burger was good. Milkshake took forever to get made and we were already done eating by the time I got it. employee at the counter had zero emotion.
This was my first time at Smash Burger and I was looking forward to getting a really good burger. The cashier was friendly, but the rest of the experience wasn’t all that great. I waited 15 minutes for my food. The burger was incredibly salty and the edges were burnt. The fries were cold. I have to say I’m disappointed. It was not worth the $18 (which included a fountain drink)
