This was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff are not qualified to work in a place like this; their negligence caused me embarrassment in front of another customer. I am leaving the food exactly as it is—just as it appears in the photos. I used to recommend this place to everyone, but unfortunately, the staff lack the proper manner of speaking politely to customers.
Screwed up my order. Even asked the guy before he handed me the tapped up bag if everything was in there he listed every off, assured me. Got home missing my tots napkins ketchup and burger order was wrong.
Jerry was amazing and converted me into a cubs fan! Very sweet
