Hamburgers was too salty,...wooden bench seats very uncomfortable and they were not bolted down so they moved,...I was told it's because they use them as storage.
The staff is so great at this DTC location. They are warm and friendly with great service, led by an awesome Manager!
The atmosphere is good, and service was as well. The burger I got wasn’t bad, but it was on the greasy side. My boyfriend and I shared a large sweet potato waffle fry, and it didn’t feel like it was very large of a serving. Overall, it was alright.
EDIT: I'm going to leave my original review in so you can see what initially happened, however I want to say that Andrew the general manager met me the next time I came in and sorted everything out. He was super awesome, friendly, apologetic, and went well above and beyond. My initial review was 1 star and to be fair given how great Andrew was to interact with, i felt they earned a full 5 stars.
