Worst smashburger location ever. First, they didn't take a valid coupon for some made-up reason. Then they got our order wrong and gave us smash tots instead of fries and just froze when we pointed it out and didn't fix it. Lastly, the smashburger was disgustingly salty. The smash tots were oily and also too salty. The person at the counter was nice enough, but not accepting the coupon nor fixing the order is bad service.
I love it there. The staff is always really friendly and the food is really good. A little on the expensive side but still worth it
Had an awesome experience at Smashburger in Nanuet! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was impressively fast my order was ready in no time. The burger was juicy, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the whole place was clean and well-kept. Definitely coming back again soon!
