Food was such a treat. More than I wish to spend but we'll worth it in the end. I get upset when there are tip jars everywhere cause I guess im old school and do not think you need a tip to take my order. I just assume your getting paid to do your job. Not everyone needs a TIP! When I left this smashburger I was so pleased with the kindness and extra care I changed my mind about tipping. UPDATE: Someone reached out to us and gave us a free burger coupon to use. We didn't end up using it since I haven't been back in the area recently but I do appreciate their willingness to fix their error. Every single time I eat here they get my order wrong. It’s so frustrating 😩 I can’t eat cheese and there is literally always cheese. Even when I really emphasize this and remind them.
Reese was working the counter by himself. Multitasking like a boss-- making shakes, bagging orders, and helping people that would walk up between orders. A rude and entitled customer was ahead of me in line and Reese kept his composure during this interaction. Reese deservesa raise for this interaction alone.
