You guys need more employees. Every time I Come here it’s a long wait and it’s not the employees fault. Upper Management need to stop being cheap and hire more people I waited 20 minutes for a milkshake
Music too loud, burgers were extremely greasy, fries were ok same with tots, probably wouldn't come back was 51 bucks just about for 3 meals
Jeff was very rude and should no longer be with the company if he is going to be that way towards paying customers. upper management should investigate him
Jeff, was super friendly & menu knowledgeable. Quick service, clean restaurant, great tasting food. Absolutely nothing to complain about tonight's meal. McDonald's, Burger King & Wendy's should all be worried as tonight's meal at smash Burger was my first time here but it won't be the last as it was served faster, fresher, better options and cost the same as the frozen burger joints. Honestly, if you haven't tried it yet, you need to ASAP!
