Came in today and the woman working, pretty sure her name was Liz, was running the whole place by herself. She was cooking, taking orders, everything, and still kept a smile the whole time. Super nice to everyone and even hooked me up with a sheet of coupons for next time. Honestly don’t know how she manages it… she really deserves to be paid more for everything she does. Made my visit way better
I stopped into Smashburger for the first time today and I had such a great experience. Liz was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I don't eat meat so I decided to try the veggie smash and I did not disappoint.The patty was flavorful, the toppings we're fresh and everything was just the way I asked Liz even took the time to explain the menu and made sure I had everything I needed definitely be coming back

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great and all, but I’m writing this review because Deedee deserves a RAISE!! She served my mom and I today and she was so incredibly nice, personable, and extremely productive. Deedee you are AWESOME!
Seemed understaffed. The food was fine, but took forever and the sandwich that was listed with lettuce, tomato and onion was just two chicken patties on a bun. The dining room was a dump, with dirty trays and cleaning supplies left all over. The 3 staff members seemed mad at each other. Very awkward and uncomfortable 25 minutes waiting for our food and watching them struggle.
