The double-stack burger I ate today was way too salty, almost inedible. I ordered three takeout meals for my family, and we all agreed. In the past, it's been a reliable burger. I also ordered the Brussels sprouts and waffle sweet potato fries, which were both good. On the positive side, the manager was attentive and provided excellent service.
The cashier, Liz, taking our order was super helpful and very friendly and she suggested to get the app and she was very preppy!
I Love it here at Smashburgers. I love the Selection of Food on the Menu they Craft their Burgers here like none other burger spot ive seen before it’s Unique with there speacial Buns its absolutely Delicious. It’s also a Comfortable Dining Experience & I love the Customer Service
DeeDee made our 1st time family experience phenomenal! She was very patient with us and offered the smash fries option which was amazing!! Signed up for the rewards as instructed by her. Its truly hard to find such exceptional customer service like DeeDee. Recommend to anyone looking for burger/fries with flavor and punch! Thank you, Deedee!!!
