UPDATED WORSE SERVICE IVE EVER HAD I ordered my burger as usual and detected attitude I simply request a plain well done burger pickles on the side,I have a tomato and ketchup allergy.I received my burger took a bite and it's covered in tomato and ketchup,cheese,onions ,brussel sprouts were smashed into a cup with a fist .I had to use an epi pen and I called to get insurance information and was told we are going to gift you a free entree.How is that gifted to give me what I paid for and still got no insurance information.Tod... read more

Food and staff are great
My wife and I have never ate Smashburger before and let me tell you your boy Jose got me hooked on the Colorado double…. Great customer service and I am a district manager and he is an employee you guys need to keep!!!!!!
