The burger patties are bigger than the buns. Why? Also, don’t get it lettuce wrapped. Their idea of a wrap is putting it on top of a tiny floppy lettuce leaf.

Good burgers and fries at the Westwood location; they severely lack organizational skills, employees don't appear to have it all together. Needs a solid hands on manager; esp during high peak times
Just not good. I can point out several better places. Five Guys, Shake Shack, Wahlburgers, Bgood. I gave plenty of opportunities, thinking about Phantom Gourmet recommendation. Won't be back anymore.
Great food, as always from Smashburger!Unfortunately, the customer service at this location left something to be desired.
