Ordered the green goddess burger that came with avocado. Served old avocado. Was told no shakes available. Watched employee make them self a shake. This is joke. Loud employees. Trash Burger.

Burgers good but long wait...to give an order and get food. Fries dripping with oil, need to step up. Decent burgers but not worth price.
I had a issue with a shake and they more than went above and beyond to make it right.
The burgers are exceptional, but be prepared for an exceptionally long wait, especially if you're just expecting to quickly pick something up to go. There's a single person that takes orders and then steps away to bag orders and deliver to tables, so people can be standing in line to place an order, and no one will be at the register for several minutes. And the cooks move slowly as well, not even attempting to work more than one ticket at a time. But if you're a patient person, definitely go there.
