I placed an app order to this location Orland Park, IL on March 3rd around Noon. When I went to pick up my food, I was told they were out of shrimp. They claimed they don’t know how to reimburse me $17.63 and to go through the app and request a refund. The response from Smashburger via email was to get a refund from the location. No one wants to take responsibility and refund me.
15$ for a regular burger is delusional.
They refused to take order in store because they had too many online orders. Said 20 min wait before they serve . Dumbest thing ever!
Our family came in to get dinner and the staff said they are not taking orders because online orders. Who says that? Why not just say there is a long wait for food? Flat out saying we are not accepting orders. Extremely rude.
