I tried ordering a Smashburger online for pickup two days in row, but it didn't work, so I drove there. I literally walked in and told them what happened about 2 mins after they closed and they refused to take my order. They claimed that they would get into trouble by corporate if they did so. What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE if there are extenuating circumstances like this!?!? I was appalled & disappointed.

I’m so mad I spent money on this. 45 min wait for a McDonald’s burger and cold fries. Everybody in there needs a whooping including the cook in the shiesty mask.
