Absolutely horrible experience. This was my first time visiting, and before I even had a chance to order, I watched staff tell the customers in front of me that they needed to clean the grill before taking any orders. Meanwhile, I stood in line for over 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. There were several other customers behind me also waiting, and instead of assisting anyone, the staff were in the back laughing, joking, and completely ignoring the entire front of the store. If I could score a ZERO I would. Absolutely ridiculous wait. They canceled my order and did not say a word. When I asked why and spoke with the manager, I got a lame excuse that another person with the same mame asked to cancel their order. No apologies, no rush to satisfy the order. It took 45 minutes to receice 2 burgers and 2 fries. Unacceptable and poor staff and management!
I love eating here but sad my favorite burger isn’t on the menu no more was the only reason I really went there food great but I’m not happy with change
1 burger took longer to bring out than the target checkout line.
