Burger was dry and it doesn't appear the patty had anything in it except overcooked rough beef. It was ok but overpriced and small. Angus burgers off the frozen food aisle cooked at home it is not. Beef patty is dry, lacking in flavour and fat. This restaurant is an open counter at the food court of Pearson Terminal 3 departures after the security checkpoint.
My companion wanted beef for lunch at Pearson airport. Strangely that is a difficult order to fill in July “26. I found Smashburger and asked if they had a set meal. They don’t. Don’t think It is fast food as it definitely is not. The burger is tasty and the fries are crunchy, but it took a long time for the simple order to come up. I grabbed a Dasani water that cost more than $4. I won’t do this again.
Poor service, none of the employees seemed to be trained, everybody was in slow motion mode, nobody seemed to be in charge. Had to wait 18 min to get cold fries and a very average burger. I do not recommend this place.
