Can not fault them other than i had to wait a while to be scheduled in. They organised the rental car and uber there and back. Staff were great and my car is gorgeous. Bonnet repaired and re painted in less than 3 days. They even remembered my cars name. Thanks for looking after Ruby
If there was -10 review rating I would gladly give that. They are only out to make money. Very unprofessional one sided assessment. Went thru NRMA and didn’t fix a door damage which was clearly from that same incident extending to the rear of the car. Inspite of paying a double excess to another unrelated damage on the other side they were not happy, they wanted me to pay a third excess for the door damage. This is plain day light robbery. Don’t recommend them. Plus the workmanship is very poor.

We were so impressed with Repairhub Castle Hill - their communication, organisation of hire car and the workmanship were impressive. So glad we booked in with them and will definitely recommend. They were also very quick turning around the repair in a week whilst other repairers in the area quoted upward of 3-4 weeks. I had a very negative experience at Repair Hub Castle Hill. The assessor and the manager, both young men, were extremely rude, arrogant, and confrontational. They refused to listen to my concerns, showed zero customer service skills, and seemed more interested in arguing than helping. Their behavior made the whole experience stressful and unprofessional.
