Had a great experience at Castle Hill Repair hub. Went to get my rear bumper cover repaired after somebody hit my new car from behind. They did an excellent job and returned my car in 1.5 days and the staff are very good!

My experience with Repair Hub Castle Hill was fantastic. The ladies on the front desk were very helpful and knowledgeable and arranged everything quickly and promptly when I was dropping the car off and when i picked it up. I dealt with Adrian who was very professional and efficient. I had a minor repair to my car that was turned over within a day. I highly recommend the team at Repair Hub Castle Hill.
I cannot recommend this repair shop at all. The two ladies at the NRMA reception were very kind and helpful. However, the manager at the car repair centre is extremely rude and disrespectful towards customers. He refuses to fulfill any of his responsibilities, only shouts at customers and constantly shifts blame. I do not understand why NRMA would partner with a repair shop with such terrible customer service. This has been an extremely unpleasant and disappointing experience.
