I’m super thankful I found a gluten-free meal prep company that ships to where I live! The food is indulgent, portioned perfectly, high quality, protein packed, affordable, and delicious. The food, the communication, the service - all outstanding! The food is delicious. For anyone scared away by the “gluten-free” cooking - don’t be! My gluten loving family loved everything they ate - and were shocked it was gluten free. This is a unique and special business with excellent food…the chef/owner is delightful.
I’ve been ordering Smash Meals for the last few months and it’s honestly been a game changer for me. I live alone, and cooking for one can be such a hassle, so this just makes everything way easier. Plus, I’ve actually ended up spending less on groceries. The meals are super affordable and definitely healthier than what I’d normally eat. Great food excellent service super fast communication and such friendly staff. They are just a pleasure to deal with!! I don’t always have time to prep meals for the week and now I don’t have to, and I save money. If I go to the grocery store I buy things I don’t always cook and I’m so tired of food waste.
Everything is incredible. The owner was so kind! Can’t wait to try more meals in the future.
