Beware! I had called December 13th, 2023, talked to a Mike to put hubby’s account on pause. He said no problem, even small talked to him. Now February 1st, 2024, I realized they still kept charging for January and February 2024, called, spoke to a very RUDE lady. She said there is no pause.
