I can't say enough! As an older woman going back to the gym it can be intimidating but when I entered the building to get information I met Amy and immediately knew this was the place for me. I started going to this gym a few months ago after I left Amped and this is night and day difference. The staff is 1000% more helpful and insightful!! I had a problem with my 24hr key fob and they were able to help fix it immediately and were kind and courteous! Equipment is top notch and clean! I feel comfortable coming to this gym not having to worry about staff constantly harassing me mid workout like amped did. Smash will forever be my new home gym!!!
Been a loyal customer for near 4 years with two breaks do to medical reasons. Had my fob deactivated they said the reason was letting someone in the 24hour side they said if I didn’t tell them who it was I would be charged 35$. I love going to this gym, the environment is super welcoming. Staff member, Amy, is always there to greet me at the front desk with a smile on her face!
