I don't appreciate how my husband and my brother-in-law were spoken to by gym faculty. Editing to respond: He was spoken to like a criminal, and treated like a child. I have read the text exchange, and it is posted for all to see. You say you showed grace, but ultimately you showed your arrogance and pride. The Gym and the Equipment are fine, but the Owner and Management are degrading, condescending, and rude. They will accuse you of things that you did not do and terminate your membership if you give them below a 4-star review. I don't know why any business owner chooses to treat their cliental the way this owner and his team treat their clients. I will not be back!! David is my trainer at Smash. He is motivating and professional. The improvements in my muscle tone are phenomenal!
Great selection of equipment, staff is friendly and gym is clean. David is an excellent trainer for myself and my wife. Highly recommended.
The gym itself is nice enough and has very good equipment, but the management and especially the owner are rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I will not go back due to the way people have been treated, threatened, and banned by the owner. I don't understand why anyone would treat their clients like the owner of this gym has treated his. If you look at the bad reviews, you will see the way he talks to people. Not good for business, learn to respect your clients and treat them accordingly!
