I called this store to see if they have a particular product, she told me yes, I drove there, searched the aisle, couldn't find it, I reached out to the lady at the front, explaining she told me they had it, she just shrug me off, like go over there and look for it, she was not nice or have an customer care values . I patronize this place because of the regular sales lady they have there, shes very nice, but I think this was the owner, she felt she was too big, too help a customer, shame on you lady.
Had a lovely experience today. Though I changed my mind about what I came to purchase, i still got some supplies due to how lovely the interaction was with the attendant. Thank you!!
Not a big selection on little girls hair accessories. More importantly, I didn’t appreciate being asked if I’d come in with the hair bow that was in my daughter’s hair….
