From Holly Berry: This place is AWESOME! I was in town for a visit and so thrilled that they allowed drop-in's to attend their Les Mills classes. They have legit instructors, owners, and the vibe is INCREDIBLE! Such a great workout, whether you are from here or passing through.

While I was only in the area for a short time, I absolutely loved going to classes here! I’m a long time fan of Les Mills classes and I have to say that the instructors at Smash are the very best. They are kind, welcoming, and encouraging-but still make you work hard and keep you accountable to your goals. I left each class feeling empowered and like my hour was well spent-I wish our new city had a gym like this! If you’re a group fitness person, try Smash, if you’re not, you should ABSOLUTELY try Smash!
