Our daughter who has very nearly graduated year 12 went in for their $60 "High School student girl style cut and wash" as advertised on their website and was lumped with $120 once she got to the register. The extra $$ came from our daughter getting a "restyle" and a mask which she didn't even know she had recieved. She thought she had just recieved the wash that was advertised. An amazing team who listens. Bec and her team, Ash, Kel and Ester take time to talk about your hair, what you want to achieve through the cut, colour etc. I always leave feeling amazing after every appointment. I've been having my hair done with them for over 5 years
