Wouldn’t recommend at all. She filled my taxes, didn’t amend them to send in the proper forms so the irs would release the funds. I had to wait until the next tax year and get an entire different tax service to fix what she didn’t know how to do. Then when my money finally came a year and a half later she took more then her fee was supposed to be. Then called me explaining how she really needed the money. Completely unethical and with no remorse. She charged me for an amended return that she refused to amend
She played in my face about my taxes she told me she was going to file march 31st boom April the 1st came I asked her did she file she said yes … And then I called a week later and she still hasn’t file
