It's all about the sandwich! – Smarty Pants makes great sandwiches! They are huge and come with a side. There are always some local brews on tap and the bar is very well stocked. They have a brunch on the weekends, but I really think the lunch menu is where it's at. Try the Miss Piggy, my personal fave! The staff has always been friendly and attentive. Best brunch and late night food! – I love Smarty Pants for brunch on the weekends. Vegetarian biscuits and gravy! Tasty bloody mary's too! I also go to Smarty Pants for late night food in the south end. They serve till midnight, the latest I have found in Georgetown. They have a great selection of sandwiches and most can be made to order using field roast. Veggie reuben is a favorite of mine. Cool atmosphere with a motorbike theme. Going downhill? – Last weekend was the first time in 3 years I've had a bad sandwich: the 'Lil Brat. The corned beef was difficult to chew and the bread was not rye. No sauce and just a few shreds of kraut. The other people in my group had no complaints, however, and the beer, as usual, was great (from Georgetown Brewery). I'll give the place another try, though.

BAD, WORST, DON'T EVEN TRY IT – Stopped in for their new brunch and had some sort of a mess they called a "pile up" well it was a pile of grease, boiled chicken and oil! let me start with the top of the dish. it started with two pieces of dry stale cardboard-like toast then moved on to way too much cheese topping red onions, copius amounts of boiled chicken that tasted like grill oil and gym socks. then finished with browned scrambled eggs. on the side was a flat patty of oily slimy hashbrowns and the entire pile was nestled... read more

blecchh – I was hungry and thought that it would be a good idea to sit on their patio as i was hungry and needed some food in the worst way. and that's what i got. food in the worst way. i asked for a frito pie and was served what appeared to be a dish full of left over alpo dog food. and it tasted horrible. the service was ok but the food ruined everything. good thing i was on the patio so i could take some cleansing breaths after that solo bite of trash or i would have been sick. Street bikers make good – This is the place to be on Wednesdays, if you miss the bike races of the old days, or you want to feel like a British cafe racer. Good sandwiches and honest drinks.
