Smart wheels , Queensway,Etobicoke,is a fantastic store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a great selection of electric scooters and provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a fun and convenient mode of transportation.
My smart wheel has been in the shop for over 2 months and I have not received a progress update. The service is horrible and the staff is not proactive on the service report. My smart wheel has a battery option and they said that they are looking into the warranty option. At this point I just want my smart wheel back and I rather go through a different option and service provider. This is unacceptable customer service!
