Stop accepting new patients until you can get the office straightened out. I saw him as a new patient everything seemed to go okay. But then I had a problem over the weekend. Tried calling for 2 weeks. Leaving several messages including sending an email to the office manager. Still nothing. Dr Smartt is the best Doctor I have ever met in any field of medicine. He's always thinking outside the box for the best solution to your problem. He also helped me save thousands of dollars over the last few years on a medicine he prescribed for me. I've recommended him to many of my friends already! He's also just a great man to talk to!
Dr. Smartt was very thorough, professional & personable. He explained with patience & professional expertise. I received answers to issues that I had been wanting for some time. Highly recommend!!!
awesome neurologist. probably the best in Indianapolis! He spends a lot of time with his patients, and he is kind and caring and very knowledgeable! He truly cares about his patients and does not rush them out of his office. HIs office manager, Sara is also awesome! She's very competent and kind!
THE BEST NEUROLOGIST. Probably the most knowledgeable, helpful, and friendy doctor I have ever seen. He is incredible and his office manager is amazing too! Awesome Neurologist!!
You are only as good as your staff and in this case they aren't good. I never met Dr Smartt, he might be an excellent doctor, but I will never know. A referral was sent over, over a month later hadn't heard from his office. Called and left a message, over a month later, never heard from his office. Emailed the manager, and apparently he only had one appointment left for all of 2018 (this was in Q1 of 2018) and was put on a "wait list" for an appointment, never to hear from them again
Very comprehensive exam.
He is very nice and listens to all your concerns. Does not rush your appointment. He does not overbook appointments. I always feeling better knowing i trust him completely.
