This was the worse haircut experience of my life. I’m going to post before and after photos of my hair. I went in and asked for a few layers and an inch off. Jocelyn cut my hair. It took 4 hours for her to finish one haircut because she kept leaving and letting me sit while she was on her phone. Then she kept cutting it and messing it up so she went shorter and shorter. The perm i got was great but the layers are horrible with the perm i asked for a trim and the lady kept telling me to show a picture of layers. i wanted it trimmed now i look horrible and there is no fixing this.

Beware Horrible blow dry, they said that to fix they would charge more to use iron or curler They argued this is a blow dry. When we didn’t want to pay for it only for shampoo they threat to call the police. At the end we pay what they said Horrible horrible experience In response to the owner’s comment, Never go with Shannon. We did not refuse to pay, and we end up paying $66 with a service we were not satisfied. And they didn’t want to fix it. Don’t hire people if they are not qualified!!!
