Yesterday, 7/13/2026, I went for a simple trim and was greeted by Luca who was the only one there at the time. Two hours later I walked away with the worst haircut I've ever had. I kept trying to tell him what I wanted but he wasn't listening. I finally just gave up because I was tired of being in the chair for that long for just a trim. I'm pretty sure he knew I wasn't happy with the cut because he said if wasn't happy with it I could come back and he would fix it.
