They close at 6 and I went in at 5:20 for a 10 minute haircut. No customers at all and one girl just sitting at the desk on her phone. I was told “they didn’t have time left in their day” so I won’t be going back

Our appointment was at 5 today and had to wait until 528. Scheduled two cuts one for my son and one for myself. Only had my sons hair cut because at the end it was atrocious to say the least. I didn't take a picture because my wife was so upset. Let's just say it was uneven and incredibly miss-shaped. It was a standard men's cut 1/2 on the sides with finger length on top. It was also very dirty. I would highly recommend going somewhere else!! I wish I would have asked for a refund!

They do not honor appointments booked online. I booked an appointment days in advance received multiple confirmation emails and made arrangements to be available. 45mins before my appointment time I received notification my appointment was canceled by the salon. When I called to see why I was told they can't control the online appointments and called in appointments take priority. If you can't manage an online booking system you shouldn't be using one!
