The manager Brandi is a great stylist, she is amazing at fades, gets me in and out in no time and i look great! She will be my regular stylist from now on. i also saw her while i waited talking to a kid who was scared to death to have a haircut screaming crying and kicking and she completely calmed and distracted the kid had him giggling and was done with the cut before the kid ever knew what happened. Amazing looking fade for how much that kid was moving.

Brandi was customer orientated friendly and helpful shes good people i ll be back once a month to wax my eyebrows ect

I only went in to get my favorite hair jell and they didnt have it. So i was not happy if i wanted it I had to drive futher for it so I got a different one. I haven t tired it yet.

Of the five times I’ve come by they are never open. There is only one guy working and he opens late and closes early. He is losing the company so much money.

I don’t typically write bad reviews for places but I didn’t even have to come in to feel the need to write one, I called asking for a perm and when I called I was greeted by a girl who seemed to have a rude tone so I told them I’d call back and just called another smartstyle to get it done, It’s too bad I have to drive further to get better customer service than someone who already sounds annoyed to be taking a appointment. I feel bad for the other people who work there and do a outstanding job, but first impressions matter.
