Hairstylist told me she would get to my son in 45 minutes. When we came back 45 minutes later she shut the salon down EARLY! I am NOT happy.
Kimberly cut my son's hair today! She was awesome and kind. Greeted me the moment I walked in and took care of my son right away! It only took about 10 minutes and I was outta there. Highly recommend Kimberly!!!
So thankful for this experience- I needed a silk press for my birthday brunch and got so much more. My hair was perfectly done and styled. It stayed straight for a little over a week for me versus in my past where my silk presses never lasted more than 2 days. Not too much of my hair was cut because my stylist was well aware of what needed to be cut. The conversation was so fulfilling and I appreciate being able to come to a place and get my hair done like back in the day.
Went for a hair cut. Had to twist stylist arm to get it washed first. Told her how I wanted my hair, she did her own thing. After about 5 minutes of cutting she ruffled my hair, fixed my part and said all done. NO DRY NO STYLE JUST DONE. When my hair dried it was so uneven not the style I asked. I called to complain, she said come back she would fix it. HELL NO, you had the chance to do it right. I am still trying to get a refund.
Got a hair cut and style with Rebecca, a week later when I put heat on my hair by straightening it I called to let her know my hair was so choppy she couldn’t get me in on that Sunday or Monday and said she had availability that Tuesday I told her I would try to make it because I work so I couldn’t just take off especially for a hair cut.
