We booked an appointment online at east hill location online. But when we went there the lady told me she didn’t got anything online and her behaviour was so rude. However when she searched my phone number it was in the system but before that she was lying. Though she accepted to serve the person in front of us who were just walk in. Teach your employees customer service before hiring. On top of that she didn’t bothered to say sorry at least once. #youlosttheserviceforforever

For once I had a hairstylist that didn't want to cut all my hair off. Thank you!!
My mom went there and the lady would not listen to what she wanted at all…do not recommend
