Went in without an appointment right about 9 am I met Ellen, who was folding towels. She said she’d be right with me. She did a full color on my hair as well as a haircut. Today was Good Friday so she was bombarded by many people walking in the door and the next employee was not due till 12 o’clock. She told me the circumstances which was understandable as far as I was concerned.
