She found the exact hair cut I wanted. And helped me, I think, before they actually opened.
I'm in tears everytime I look at my hair. I spent over a year growing my hair for my daughter's wedding which is coming up in 4 days. I went to get my hair layered and requested burgundy highlights. I requested to keep the length of my hair and even showed her a photo of how I wanted my hair to be. Almost $400 spent only to have my hair almost shoulder length instead of hip length as expected.
